Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on this date in India, know full details

After a month of fasting in Ramadan, Muslims around the world eagerly await the sighting of the new moon (called Chand Raat). After this Eid will be celebrated.

Whereas, Saudi Arabia announced that the celebration of Eid-ul-Fitr will start from Friday. The United Arab Emirates and Qatar announced that their holiday would begin on Friday, while their Gulf Arab neighbor Oman announced that the moon had not been sighted and that the holiday would begin on Saturday.

People in UAE will get 4 days off to celebrate Eid. The year’s long weekend began on Thursday and offices and schools will reopen on Monday, April 24.
