Michael Cohen says he may file countersuit in Trump’s $500 million case: ‘I can’t believe how stupid he was’

Michael Cohen advised to file a countersuit against Donald Trumpwho said they should have listened to lawyers who told them it would be “a mistake” to do so.

“This would be a civil lawsuit brought by him with a countersuit. So, can you imagine that in a case in which you are the plaintiff, despite the fact that you would technically be a defendant in the countersuit, that you would now be able to answer questions Will not answer?

“It’s fantastic,” Mr. Cohen said sarcastically.

Mr Cohen dubbed the former president’s lawyers “the clown show, crackerjack lawyers” and the new case as a “David and Goliath” story.
